Communications, Research & Technologies International LLC (CRT) is a Management Consulting firm and Trusted Advisor, specializing in Custom Computer Programming, Telecommunications, Data Collection/Analytics, Database Development, Program Management and Support Services to government and commercial clients. EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

John Crawley, President & CEO
A results-oriented, creative professional with over thirty years of progressive experience in telecommunications and information system technologies. He is a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, has a Bachelor of Science from Morgan State University and has studied engineering management on the Master’s level at George Washington University. He has been awarded numerous merit certifications from the former C&P Telephone Company, AT&T and the Federal Aviation Administration.
He brings extensive technological, business management and marketing experience honed from his years in the employ and/or consultation to numerous government agencies and commercial entities.
